LVM Group can provide Mediation services for building industry-related disputes. Mediation is a consensual process whereby the parties themselves arrive at a mutually acceptable position.

It is the Mediator’s role to assist the parties in achieving a resolution, acting as a facilitator during proceedings and assisting the parties in the drafting of an agreement.

Issues for resolution include defective and outstanding building work; compliance with contractual obligations and documents; time and cost disputes; contractor and consultant services; and other disputes arising out of a construction or allied contract.
